Late Handle Griswold #14?

Just picked up a late handle griswold #14. Seems weird because they made the block logos with heat rings from 1920-1930 and didn’t incorporate the late handle skillets until their small logos in 1944. Does this affect value any? It also has a casting flaw on the bottom looks like the metal didn’t flow right in one spot and part of the 4 on the handle wasn’t casted very well, not sure if casting flaws affect value.

Shown in the RB, pg. 135. Value given then ($150) was at top end of range given for the early handle version.
