Default WAPAK Lids?

I was just wondering if WAPAK made skillet covers? I have a DO so I know they made that lid....griswold mold Im sure.....I just have never seen a WAPAK lid. Any and all info I thank you kindly!

I know about the full writing lids.....but I think they are for DOs too.

There exist full writing top Wapak skillet lids (with pour spout ears) made from altered Griswold. Have only seen a #8. There may also be ones made from an altered Iron Mountain skillet lid.
