I found a griswold #10 716A can any one tell me how old this pan is

The Erie, PA and the font style tell us this is a small block logo pan, which would have been produced 1939-1957. For best identification purposes, a photo of an entire bottom of a piece, including the handle, is best.

That's the early style handle, which would put it in the older part of that timeframe.

I thought it was worth $50 no cracks or warping looks like it's in very good condition

I'd say 1940 to c.1948.
