I am extremely grateful for the sound advice on this site. I just completed the cleaning and seasoning of my first CI pieces that I purchased yesterday. Really please with the results. I used the directions on this site and could not be happier. Gives me confidence to realize what can be accomplished with the right processes on what many would pass up purchasing. Thanks everyone.
