Found this cool bread pan make in my home state of NH by Ford & Co. Any info on this Co? Looks like very good quality. I know they make wood stoves.

That dose look like a great pan. Sorry it’s out of my wheelhouse of knowledge but looks like a candidate for making baked potato skins. Don’t forget the cheese, bacon, sour cream and green onions,

I've got a few dozen french roll pans and two of them look just like yours, but they're unmarked. They must have been a hot item in Maine in their day, as we see them everywhere, generally unmarked. My two are quite heavy relative to the others and the cut-outs down the center are unique. Could you provide some dimensions of the pan, including the size of the cut-outs.

No info on the pan or the maker, but the company is listed in the foundry database. Doug, another photo candidate for the database?

Mike Z I find a lot in NH also. Cool pans. Most say PATENT APPLIED on handles or nothing at all.
