BSR Markings

I found this skillet, quite crusty, with all the identifying marks of a BSR red mountain. Once cleaned up however, the markings on the back are uncharacteristic. Small, neat, "typed" numbers and letters, as well as the random "T" near the top. Is this still considered red mountain?

Would appear to be from their early automation period, before the high speed DISA machines. The pour spouts are not as small as they would eventually become on DISA patterns. It's a grey area, because RM to Century was largely a branding change not related to molding processes. If it was made early 1950s to 1954, it was probably still labeled RM; after that, Century. I would agree the markings are uncharacteristically small. The T would have had to be on the pattern; its significance is uncertain. If we found other 7A pans with the same small font and letters other than T, we could surmise they needed far more than patterns 7 A thru Z.
