Default Very Rough Wagner Sidney Skillet

I got this skillet for free, its a #10 Wagner Sidney. I have no clue what I have really. The logo is in the middle, the casting is rough, and the inside looks like its seen a grinder. Any sugestions on age? Is this worth even trying to save? Hope the pics show it well.
