Lookin’ good. I recently checked out dinner vrs. supper and this qualifies for dinner at any time of day. For us it would be dinner and then lunches.

For years I have been getting dried oregano on the stem from Italy. It’s wonderful. I strip the leaves off the stem and discard the hard flowers. Am I missing something?

Yes, fresh oregano is easy to grow. I haven't found any dried herbs to be superior to fresh.

I'm with you on that Shawn, fresh is always better. I'm not sure whether it's a perennial plant or if it just goes to seed every year and comes back but I have had it come back every year no problem. It seems to thrive on neglect and sometimes I am good at neglecting plants.
