Just has 12 stamped on lid and base.

No. I don't think it would be practical or cost efficient for either one of us. Doing it yourself with Easy Off and a plastic garbage bag followed by a wire brush is your best bet unless there is heavy rust. My e-tank is just a makeshift oversized plastic dish pan that is used once a year requiring way too many hours of attention for a large piece. Good luck.

That pot has all the external charastics of a Lodge. Does it have bullet like droppers inside the lid?

It does have the drops in the lid

The lid is definitely Lodge and the one side of the end of the bail turned 90 degrees is also a Lodge indicator.
