Question re: e-tank

If I have a piece that will need to go back into the e-tank tomorrow (hubby does not want to leave it going over night), should I take it out, rinse, and dry it in the oven a bit?

What would be the consequence of leaving it in the solution, but not plugged in?

Just wondering which is the best way to go.

Thanks for your help!

I just unplug the charger and leave them hanging in the tank. Nothing detrimental happens as far as I can tell.

Thanks for your replies! Will leave it plugged in, easy peasy =)

Oops! Disregard that last message.... I meant to say I will unplug it and leave it in the tank =)

Thanks again!

I have read discussions that indicate you should not leave the charger clamps connected if you leave the piece hanging in the electrolyte. Unwanted things apparently can happen.

I would think the worst that would happen would be a little rust...which the tank will remove once you fire it up again.
