#7 ERIE 7B?

Hello everyone. I just bought this awesome #7 ERIE tonight but when I went to reference it in the ERIE guide from the main page, the makers mark and letter/number combination #7 B isn't listed. It shows #'s 8, 9, 10, & 11 with possible B stamps.....but no number 7.

Any thoughts?

Sorry, I thought it was something I found here. It's a pdf by Roy Meadows titled 'ERIE Skillets'

That article was a summary of a lot of research over many years by a group of collectors, whose findings were based on empirical observations of hundreds of Erie skillets. What we call the "1st series" today wasn't even recognized until 2001, five years after the first articles were published. Your example, it would appear, was simply not among those the authors had seen.
