Hey everyone,
Curious if anyone has any info on this dutch oven? I assume it is from around the 20’s based on the dating on the site. I am curious if those are spru marks on the bottom. It says Dutch oven and not camp oven so I assume it is a Dutch But I am curious as to what you all think. Any info helps,
Kyle

Not sprue marks. Legs sawed off. Companies named camp ovens differently. Lodge called theirs country ovens.

Wagner catalogs called them dutch oven with legs. Very infrequently seen. None shown in BB or RB. A shame about the legs, but then, no lid, either.

Bummer! I knew it was odd. Gonna find a lid that fits, restore it and give it to a friend.

Yep, it was worth three dollars.
I have another Bummer for you. Good luck finding a matching rimmed lid. In this case I would look for a lid that fit. Cast iron or glass, to use on a stove top.
