Default Does Anyone Recognize This?

Does anybody recognize this pot? Maker or date of manufacture?

Sorry about their only being one picture. But there's nothing underneath the lid. It is just a smooth surface. Same thing with the bottom. Completely smooth with no markings whatsoever

I thought BSR was the only one that made lids with that 'tab' handle.. and BSR dutch oven lids have 'spouts' like a skillet lid... I'd investigate BSR.

The bail handle is a non-original add-on. The "lid" for a combo cooker is typically a skillet.
