Default Four Notch Lodge

Hi all is there such a thing as a Four (4) Notch Lodge?

As I replied in the other thread, no. although I have seen a large Lodge DO with 4 notches. The RB tries to attribute a Sears "Maid Of Honor" skillet with four notches to Lodge, but it bears no resemblance whatsoever to any Lodge products. A variety of MOH branded products were sourced by Sears from several third party manufacturers. The confusion there likely lies in the fact that Lodge did at some point supply its regular, unmarked (3-notch) skillets to Sears paper-labeled as MOH.

This pan is driving me nuts, what is it? I know Dough say there is no #4 notch lodge but it's has me in a pickle, I am seeing 4 notches and a large #8. Somebody, anybody help,help what could it be?

Lois, just know that some pieces of cast-iron cannot be identified.
