Default A Very Sad Favorite Piqua #6

I have no idea what happened to this poor little guy in the past... I suspect some pretty unusual heat damage... but oddly enough, it isn't warped or cracked... but had a lot of that dark reddish heat damage looking stuff on the outside and on both spouts... and the inside nearest the handle (and the flaked off areas) didn't season very well. any ideas?
