Early "Wagner" Arc DO

This is the piece that was hiding in plain sight in ShawnE's stomping grounds up in the mountains. Also the first "crusty" piece I've bought from an antique shop. I tend to find retail priced cast iron too expensive, but this piece simply wasn't noticed by the seller of any of the folks who've picked the shop clean of nice old stuff. It's a No. 8 "Wagner" Dutch Oven, and was mated with a No. 7 Lodge skillet lid. The logo was lightly encrusted and you would've sworn it was unmarked. I could tell by the thinness of the walls that it was something nice though. It cleaned up pretty well, though it will need a lot of seasoning to smooth out those pits. And the Lodge 7 lid alone should sell for nearly what I payed for both.
