Can someone identify this skillet lid

I need help identifying this skillet lid. the inside lip measures 10 1/2 inches and the spout cover to cover is 11 7/8" the only mark is the one shown. it is on the inside center appears to be an X with a bar at the top and bottom. your help is appreciated.
