#3 Vollrath

Just picked this up at St. Vinnies. $2 and change. Outside just a tad crusty but inside was good. A dusting of surface rust -- a quick vinegar soak and it cleaned right up.
I don't know if it's got any value, but I like the pan.

Nice! I've got the same one. Mine was in way worse shape but cleaned up beautifully. I really like the way it feels.

So much to learn!! I've actually read that page a number of times, but it hasn't all sunk in yet. Thanks, both of you. I see the sideways number in the first skillet, but not in J. Fishers.

Dan- there is no number on the bottom of mine, but the outside heat ring and full rib handle make me think it is a Vollrath. I could be wrong.

I have the identical skillet. Picked it up at my local scrap metal recycler for about $2.00. Wasn't sure what it was until now.
