Pan value questions

I found a couple of pans while out on my first CI expedition, I'm hoping for some help determining value.
The first is a Griswold (slant lettering) American No.9 waffel iron.
One side is marked 980A, Pat'd Dec 1 1908
The other is marked 979B, Pat'd Dec 1 1908 ".
The quote mark and period are only on the B side, were these mis matched?
The price for this set is 140.00$, the low base and both sides and cook faces appear to be in good condition. Is this price reasonable?

The second is made by Penn Mfg. Co,in Hulton Pa., Mrs. Shaeffers cake griddle, Pat'd Sept 24 (looks like) 1880?
It also looks to be in good condition, wood on handle is still intact. Priced at 125.00.

Thank you for any advise you can give.
Todd
