Fire Damage?

It kind of does, but not exactly. The reddish coloration of classic fire damage is usually more a rosy red, but lighting, camera flash can make it look different.
 
No, just red on the bottom. Does it normally go all the way through?

It's definitely not rosy, more dull brick red.
 
Hard to tell, but it looks like probably rust. The bottom doesn't look like it was seasoned often and the seasoning just burned off. Once wet, here comes the rust.

Try steel wool and see if it comes off. If it doesn't come off or get better, fire damage is more likely.
