Default Sriracha in CI?

Will a meal with a healthy whack of sriracha in it hurt my CI seasoning? Not sure if the chilis or vinegar would.

Thanks

Adam

Default Re: Sriracha in CI?

Chiles won't. Doubtful that there is enough of anything in sriracha added at typical amounts to food that would affect even reasonably new seasoning. In my well-seasoned long term user skillet, I deglaze and create a pan sauce with red wine with no problem.
