Default Need Help Identifying a Butcher Kettle

Hi! This kettle came from my fathers family farm, they used it mainly at butcher time. I'm guessing it is from the 1830-1860 time period? Was also wondering if anyone could help identify the maker. It looks like H S 30 on the bottom, so assuming it is a 30 gallon kettle, just can't find who H S would be.
