Help Identifying Oval Dutch Oven.

Hey everyone,

I ran across this at the local antique shop this morning. I can't seem to find anything that matches it with a Google search. Can anyone shine some light on it for me? It has a $100 price tag on it. Appears to be in very good shape and it has a gate mark.

I would drop 100 on it and enjoy the research. The raised rim lid and bottom ring??
