Need to post a few more pics showing the cooking surface and bail attachment to the griddle. Sometimes these small clues can help with identification. Pretty sure it's not a Griswold or Wagner.
It has to be by a maker large enough and with the resources to do the machine polish grinding. There is no mention in the RB of them making bailed griddles, but old Lodge catalogs from the 1910s to 1940s show they made three: a 12, 14 and 16. The #14 diameter is given as 14-1/4". The font of the raised numbering is also very Lodge-like.
