Help Identifying Gate Marked, Closed Frame, Gem Pan with #5

Help Identifying Gem Pan

Hey all, sorry I was having trouble getting photos to attach in my previous thread. Im new to this discussion format. I picked up a gem pan with a gate mark. It's really thin, has a closed frame, and number 5. I have been trying to identify it and haven't been able to... any ideas?

Many of the Waterman gem pan shapes were widely copied, either modified somewhat or outright. And to the point that, without definite manufacturer markings, they're usually impossible to tell by whom.
 
I can't tell you who made it but I can say this maker produced other numbered versions that fit with the Waterman pattern numbers. All of them are closed framed. I have three of these and they do sell well on EBay as others are trying to complete the set.
