Not Sure What I Found.... #8 Griddle.

At a local thrift today...debated whether to pick this or not. It appears (by handle design)
to possibly be of Wagner manufacture. The visible alpha numerical designations are 9,F,8,31,S.
My debate with myself was whether this was of Asian origin.... but , for $7.50 I thought it
was worth a clean up. (pending).

No cracks visible, and no ghost markings visible.

This is my first long griddle (if I don't count a brand new Lodge). :)

Thanks for looking. Any shared thoughts are appreciated.

Thank you Doug.... I was just guessing....as usual ...wrong. This one
should clean up nicely. Thanks again.

Follow-up....

Finished clean-up...did not take it to the
nth degree as this will be a user, not a display
piece. No new epiphany's revealed.... did find
the letter "X" alongside the "8" and was mistaken
on the "31" ...just a "3". Lots of elbow grease,
soap, baking soda, green pad, steel wool....
followed by a light coat of olive oil (wiped -off).

Will be put to use at the firepit of my campsite.

...for the purists, cook surface 18 3/4" x 8 1/2.... 11.2 #.:)
