Single Notch Lodge #2/#3?

I picked up this single notch lodge a few weeks ago and want to know if it is a #2 or #3. It has a 3 at 12 oclock and 2p at 6 oclock. It does not have a number on the front of the handle. This piece measures 6" across the top not including the lip and 6 3/8" if you include both lips. This piece is smaller than any of my other #3 skillets. Any info would be helpful.

Lodge size numbers are at 12 o'clock. Incised markings at 6 are pattern identifiers. Skillet diameters are not necessarily consistent across brands.

I hate to speculate. On single notch Lodges I expect to see raised molder's marks, not incised pattern markings. And I really don't know what to make of a 2 on the top of what is obviously a 3. Could it be a copy by another foundry, perhaps? It seems reasonably well-cast and finished.
