Pork Shoulder Roast Stew (Step by Step)

Been harassed by friends and family for not leaving the fat on while cooking, and cutting off later.. "Adds more flavor". So, keep that in mind. :(
 
I hear ya, Rick. I like to keep the fat on and trim later, but the rest of my family is very conscious of fat in their diets. So off it comes.

Funny thing is ... nobody complains when I cook their breakfast eggs in bacon grease. lol
