This one tricked me

When I found it, I thought, "oh, an old 3 notch Lodge". Then I cleaned it up....

Made in Korea. I think I will keep it anyway. It appears to be a well-made pan and it has a story attached to it now. I suppose that the Korean company just straight out copied a 3 notch Lodge to make this.

Anyone come across something like this before?

Yes, I have seen several of those. I guess there is no law against using someone else's pan as your pattern.

The handles are different, that's how you can figure it out under the gunk. Some of those Korean pans are decent. There's some Japanese ones around that are similar, they are even nicer.

It seems to be a nice enough pan. I will probably give it away for someone to cook with.
