Last weekend i went to look at a skillet and lid that wasn’t described well and just two photos of top of lid and bottom of skillet. When I got there I was surprised to see it was a chicken fryer / deep skillet. For those that have them and use them, I would like to hear some of your opinions of what you like to cook in them and how often you use them and your overall thoughts of them. It may grow on me, if anything I’m keeping the lid
