Help in identifying skillet

I recently bought this skillet. It was extremely crusted over. All I could tell was it was probably a #8 and smooth bottom. It has come out of its first lye soak, and I don't see any markings on the bottom, only a C under the handle.

The handle is different. It is very wide going into the skillet. The dimensions are 15" total length from handle, 10.5" spout to spout, 10" across the top and 2 1/8" high. It is also 2"wide where the handle connects to the skillet.

There does appear to be a 3 at the 6 o'clock on the bottom, but it is so pitted that I'm not sure.

Any and all help is appreciated.

I've seen pics of a similar pan... with the fat handle... they always seems to be a size 8... no idea of maker.. but that handle seems consistent with the others I've seen.

Another unknown piece of CI for the collection. I might post then all on Show and Tell one day. Maybe someone might know one or two.
