N Waterman Gem Pans

What is the date range for gem pans marked N Waterman? When R&E got the patents in 1866, did they continue marking Waterman, or change over to R&E?

R&E apparently made them until 1902 when they merged with another company, but I do not believe it is not totally known when Waterman ceased producing them.

If anyone knows anything additional, 'inquiring minds want to know'. I hope that saying doesn't date me to much.

I recently found these two Waterman #8s. Note the support bar at the top and bottom of the one on the left. It is also slightly biggger with thinner walls on the cups. Not sure whether one is a reproduction or an improved design.
