Re: Need Help With Making Waffles...

Hi all,

Re: Long griddle ID help

Follow up dumb question: is there a noted difference in quality from the unmarked and marked counterparts? Or was it just a mechanism to, like you say, put in different markets for a discount?

Re: Long griddle ID help

So a dumb question: why the pattern? Is that an artifact of obliterating the logo for a piece that doesn't meet quality standards or was it "born" that way?

Newbie cooking with CI

I'm a relatively new user of CI and still haven't gotten the hang of cleaning the stuff.

Re: Lye Bath Precautions

All, thank you for your insight. I feel a little more at ease knowing I won't melt like the guy at the end of Indiana Jones & the Lost Ark if I have inadvertent contact with the stuff.
Cheers!
