Neat old skillet. I have never seen anything like that but it looks like it was made for use on a wood or coal stove. It doesn't sit level on the feet because the center casting sits too far down...

Travis, I have a Lodge 90G griddle and it gets used almost every day. I would also have to say that it is my all time favorite. I think the Lodges are the best. David

I often cook fish on my shallow pan skillet. Just cover with tin foil and put it into the oven. Makes clean up easy and no chance of a taste on the griddle. Yummy!

Sir, Your wooden masher is really called a marlinspike. It was used to work minila lines and sailcloth. Usually made out of a very hard wood, mostly black lignite.

Shawn, That Dutch Oven with all the flower paint was really ugly. I liked the way way you cleaned it up. Really looks nice now, I guess the paint keeps the people that had it from using it. David
