Those look nice! I only have one number 4. Its an Ozark Crescent foundry. Belonged to an old man that was like a grandfather to me. He cooked 2 eggs in it every morning.

My wife hated my cast iron when we got married. Once she learned how to cook in it, she came around. There isnt anything else in the kitchen now thats not iron except the stock pots and sauce pans.

I picked up some skillets in Foley, Alabama last year while on vacation and brought them back to indiana. So 735 miles. I did not go there specifically for the iron though.

I have a number 8 BSR. I use it mostly for sauteing green peppers and onions. It is easier to turn them over completely in it. they try to flop out the sides of standard skillets.

If the corn stick pans are not sticking, i would leave them and use them as they are. Id hit the skillet with oven cleaner inside and out and start fresh with it.
