Gem pan

I got the pan at a yard sale for 10.00 the first two are the day I bought it, the second two are after stripping and re-seasoning. There are no identifiers other that it is thin and gate marked....

The Plett Pancake Recipe

In a mixing bowl with a good pouring lip:

1 egg (or 2 whites)
1 cup flour
1+1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
