It measures almost exactly 13 3/4" across the top of the lip.

Well shoot! Working the rust out of the pits in the bottom cooking surface opened up a pinhole that quickly turned into a pencil hole, nearly 1/4" in diameter. I'm pretty bummed, I wanted to cook...

Depends on the piece. If its something I like, a slight wobble or spinner doesn't stop me from buying it. Everyone has their own priorities.
