Can anyone tell me with any certainty the size skillets that Vollrath produced that were fully marked? I have or have seen 3 through 12. Are there more? Thanks

Your bacon sticks because it has a lot of sugar in it. The sugars are what are making discoloration.

No worries .I have a #3 and all I have ever seen is a #5. I appreciate that there are a few in my sights towards a set. I am just not sure what a set consists of yet. Any help would be much apprer.
