Yeah, I saw some posts about it. I know that the hard-to-find pieces have been bringing good money lately, but that was crazy. I think I heard that a #13 lid brought $5000 ?

Thanks Ed. They all are in great shape and sit incredibly flat for pans of this size. I will be cleaning and re-seasoning them this spring or summer.

You really only need 1 layer to provide protection from rusting. You will add seasoning with use. I do 2 or sometimes 3 layers to darken them a little more. that is strictly for cosmetics to resell.

K_Leonard, check Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. There are often old, manual chargers for sale on there for reasonable prices.

Nice haul. Sometimes it happens that way. In the front stack of skillets, it looks like the 2nd and 3rd from the bottom might be fancy handled, bottom gate marked??

It's a boot jack. Anchored to the floor and you hook the heel of your boot in the antenna and pull your boot off. I've had several of these. Use one now as a door stop in my shed, lol.
