Might this be an unmarked Wagner or Wagner/Griswold? Page 84 in the RB has a pan that looks similar (to me).

BTW, this turned out to be a very good day. For $35 I got the #1 Oval Roaster with trivet, a #9 Large block round griddle, a #10, 948 Erie Popover pan, a #3 small block grooved...
