I have 4 or 5 lamb molds.
the leg forward one is obviously different from the rest in design and size.
of the others, at least two have the raised '866' front and center on the base of the front...

victors were made very early... and the characteristics seem to mirror the early erie series.
there are 3 or 4 different victor markings.
the more writing on the bottom, the 'newer' it is.

the only problem with all of the older style waffle irons that flip on those middle pins... is that you either need an open stove eye to flip them or you need to fabricate some sort of high base...

I've seen a scan of a sales flyer for them from 1851... I'm pretty sure the partnership changed over time... that would probably give you an upper and lower range for dates of manufacture.
