Flat bottom safety cooker. Later versions are seen with coiled assist handle/lid securing clip and slant EPU markings. Also seen marked Skinner Safety with a Griswold instruction sticker on bottom....

Yes, I'm aware of their new premium Blacklock skillets. I wasn't entirely sure you meant that or the old unmarked pans people like to think are late 19th century Blacklock.

There is no rectangular roasting pan (nor fish pan) in Lodge catalogs up through the 1950s. A 1968 catalog shows the Fish Pan as 12" x 20" x 3". No cover.

Hard to say. It looks well made and finished. The large pour spouts (and the sulfur pitting) tend to indicate 1940s or earlier, but the markings and handle shape don't give any real clues.
