Iím thinking of secondly agreeing with the above. Very few things I do without cast iron. No one has ever said anything than wow that was good.

I do like that. If I stumble across a number 8 chicken fryer I most definitely would have to keep it. I really like the deep hammered CHF cast. But at this time I only look for what I would cook...
