Quarantine Sourdough

Hello everyone,
Thought you might like to see what I have been working on in terms of cooking with cast iron. I baked the loaves on a cast iron long griddle, which is what I bake everything on, and the crust was perfect! There is a link to the recipe at the end of the post if anyone is interested.
