Sausage and Grits Quiche
 
Supposed to cook this in a 10 inch pie plate. Finally decided to use a #8 skillet.

It has Asiago, Cheddar cheese and chopped spinach in it also. Since the pie plate/skillet is lined with corn meal, took a chance on the spinach and cooked in in CI vs a pie plate. Use a #8 CHF. Next time a raised 8 Lodge (it's smaller in diameter.) Also may reduce the heat to 325 vs 350 for the pie plate.

FYI. If you're Kevin E, then you have easy access to Ahluh grits. The rest of us, look for "polenta".
