Wagner High Frame (1892) Square Waffle Iron

So I came across this ancient Wagner waffle iron at an estate sale yesterday.

Itís in really great shape and has the original handles, but outside of the blue book I basically canít seem to find any record of it existing:

Does anybody have any idea of the valuation of this thing? 1910 patent date ones are uncommon but at least show up on eBay.

Thanks!

Wow. Looking through some of the ads on eBay - while Victor pans were going for less than $1, the high base square Griswold was going for $19!

Oops, my mistake. $19 was for a dozen WI.
